Roger Saper

Associate Director, LCS International Consulting Ltd

Roger was Commercial Property Director of Weller Hill Hubble before joining Jones Lang LaSalle, working in the UK and in Europe. He worked part of the time as Managing Director of Jones Lang's Eastern European operations, based in Warsaw. 

In 2000 set up with Jones Lang colleagues, Saper Hall & Co advising institutions, private funds and trusts in retail, industrial, health and student accommodation property schemes. He joined LCS in 2009.
