David Boxen

After graduating in Modern Languages from Pembroke College, Oxford, David spent his early career in International Business Development and General Management roles with Smith & Nephew plc and other leading companies in the medical devices and equipment sector.  In the mid-nineties he was seconded by his then employer to France, where he led the acquisition out of receivership of, and then ran, a medical textiles business.  After his return to the UK, he left full-time management and was appointed full-time adviser on the sector to 3i plc.  Whilst there, he extended his expertise into the healthcare services sector, reviewing  and assessing a broad range of investment opportunities internationally in the fields of dentistry, occupational therapy, acute and long-term care. David has been a Director of LCS International Consulting since 2008.
